Welcoming Note

Hello everyone! This is so exciting; I have a blog now. For a couple of years I’ve been thinking to create a blog, however it’s almost impossible for a computer illiterate like me to change the codes and layout. I finally made it, not as “hi-tech” as you think but I think it is alright for a beginner like me.

Briefly about me, I am not a real Chef but I work like one and because of my passion for food and love of eating, I am qualified as a home cook (*wink*). My dream is to have an empire one day, well maybe just a small cafe but for now I am happily operating from home. I have had 11 years of working experiences in pretigious 5 star hotels & Resorts & Fine Dining Restaurant in Sales & Marketing Department in Kota Kinabalu. I was always incharge in Events & Banquet sales. My 6 months of internship at The Lodge of Yarrow Augusta Michigan U.S.A had an impact in my life. I realized food makes me happy and I am happy to make people happy! Hence, I slowly begin to learn how to cook. Amazingly, God blesses me with greater talent in baking. I have just started baking in 2011 and still learning. When I was little girl, I have always wanted to become an Interior or a fashion designer, but I do not know why I did not persue. Lets just say, it was not an "In" thing at that time. So I show case my imagination and dress the table In-Style. I am very passionate working with colors, flowers and other objects that inspired me spontaneously, I am not a perfectionist but I have an eye for details.

I am so blessed that I do have an excellent kitchen team to assist with my little venture here. I could have not run this alone without assistance.

This sanctuary is a means for me to express my creativity through food and photography. I am delighted in simple things in life so you will not see any pretentious in everything I write here. I’m hoping that starting new will rejuvenate my spirit. So this new blog will start slow while I’m working behind the curtain, tweaking it with google guidance until it is finally completed. How To Order

CAKES, CUPCAKES & PERSONALIZED COOKIES

1. Send us an email ([email protected]) with your order details, pick up date, message, your name and contact number

2. We will revert a confirmation via email and text message.

3. For booking in bulk or more than RM200.00 upon confirmation, a 50% of payment should be made at seven (7) calender days of your pick up date.

4. In the absence of such payment, the order shall deemed cancelled.

Note: Minimum order 48 cupcakes & 50 pieces of personalized cookies.

OUTSIDE CATERING

1. Send us an email ([email protected]) with your order details, venue, date, number of person, event, time and menu requested.

2. We will revert quotation via email.

3. Appreciate if you could check availability with us at least two (2) weeks prior to event for Birthday & any social events. Three (3) months prior to event for Engagement & wedding Lunch Or Hi-Tea only. We do not do sit down wedding dinner.

4. Upon confirmation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Payment should be made seven (7) calender days prior to your event for birthday, engagement, social & wedding Hi-Tea events.

5. Full payment must be settled immediately after the event.

6.In the absence of such payment, the order shall deemed as cancelled.

Note:

1. Payment can be made via bank transfer & cash. We do not accept cheque.

2. Balance of payment to be settled immediately after the event.

3.Minimum Order:-
a) Kota Kinabalu Minimum no.of person order 50 persons.

b) Outside of Kota Kinabalu Minimum no.of person order 100 persons.

c) Outside of Kota Kinabalu area, catering fee is incurred, Subject to area.
