Apa cerita dgn pre-obes?
Mingu lepas medical team dtg opis
Dlm kesibukan, aku tetap berbaris
Sebab free screening test
ive go through blood test, urine test

BMI dah lari
Ada potensi darah tinggi
Aku da pre-obesiti
Doctor nasihat jgn mkn mlm hari
Suruh buat senaman lagi
Atau lari berganti-ganti

Dia cakap:
Minum air banyak2 jaga buah pinggang
Kalau da rosak, kena cuci setiap jam-anda mahu?
Makan nasi kena kurang 1 pinggan
Kalau da obes, lagi byk lemak dan ragam-anda mahu?
Sila lebihkan mkn sayur dan kurangkan garam
Kalau da darah tinggi, lagi kena byk pantang-anda mahu?

Jangan dekat dengan kolesterol
Kalau da byk, penyakit jantung pula yang mara
Maka kita semua kenalah control
Senang je, ingat 5 perkara sebelum 5 perkara!

Sejuk, dingin sekali di opis..
