Fabpad raised seed funding led by Inflection Point Ventures
The capital will boost Fabpad's reach across D2C, online, quick-commerce, and offline channels. The company aims to set new standards in environmentally responsible menstrual care in India. Funds will also support brand building, customer acquisition, and key hires.

The fresh capital will be utilised to expand its distribution and market presence across D2C channels, online marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, and offline retail.
“Our ambition is not to participate in this category, but to reset its standards, proving that environmentally responsible menstrual care can also be mainstream, high-quality, and commercially scalable. We believe this shift will create real momentum in the market and redefine how period care is built in India,” said Dipesh Dhelia, CEO of Fabpad.
A portion of the capital will also be allocated to brand-building initiatives, customer acquisition, senior hires across growth and operations functions.
Headquartered in Kolkata, Fabpad plans to set up an office in Hyderabad to support the hiring of senior talent across growth, technology, and leadership roles.
The company offers products across both reusable and disposable menstrual hygiene categories.
“It is an unspoken fundamental right for women to have access to menstrual products that protect their health. However, a significant gap persists due to a lack of awareness, affordability, and, in many cases, availability constraints. Fabpad successfully bridges this gap through their D2C multi-channel presence, making it affordable with their asset-light scale model and their pan-India presence,” said Minal Shah, principal - South East Asia, IPV.
