Manufacturing Tomorrow’s Critical Minerals

The World Is Changing—Fast.
Strategic Supply Must Too.

At Refacture, we’re redefining how essential materials are sourced and manufactured—for energy, advanced industry, and national security. Geopolitical instability, fragmented logistics, and surging demand for electrification and defense have exposed just how fragile traditional supply chains are.

Refacture was built for this moment. Our platform doesn’t just secure access to high-value inputs—it rethinks how they’re produced. With validated, recovery-based manufacturing technologies, we deliver manufacturing-grade outputs with traceability, quality, and resilience built in.

Precision Plasma Manufacturing for the Electrified World

Refacture’s proprietary high-temperature plasma technology enables the direct production of next-generation materials—such as ultra-pure β-SiC (3C), engineered graphite, and critical mineral composites—from select industrial byproducts and mineral inputs. Our modular production systems are designed to be deployed globally, with unmatched energy efficiency, process control, and byproduct conversion. Every output has a market, and every gram is engineered for performance.

Our Advantage

Designed Differently. Built to Scale.

Engineering the Next Era of Plasma Manufacturing

Refacture’s platform is built on decades of global experience in industrial plasma systems—originally developed for waste vitrification and high-temperature processing. We studied the systems that came before us: their designs, their limitations, their capabilities. Then we rebuilt the process around something they never prioritized—the product. Rather than focusing on waste destruction, we re-engineered plasma systems to enable material creation. We modified reactor geometries, refined control logic, tuned reaction chemistry, and engineered for continuous output at commercial-grade purities. The result is a set of modular, thermochemical production units that deliver precision materials at scale—faster, cleaner, and with tighter control than any legacy design. We didn’t inherit technology. We transformed it—into something built for advanced materials, not just thermal treatment.

We are not a recycling company. We are an advanced materials manufacturer—built to serve the growing demand for strategic mineral independence, high-performance materials, and sustainable, future-ready supply chains.

“At Refacture, we don’t hire for roles — we recruit for impact. Every person here moves the needle, shaping how the world manufactures its most critical materials. The mission is hard. That’s exactly why we show up.”
