As a reminder, you are required to leave a comment on your gift in order to participate in the next round of RelationShipping, and it's also just good practice. If you cannot leave a comment on your gift for whatever reason, either reject the work or give a heads-up to the mod email before the next round.

If you've been around the exchange-focused anon memes lately, you're probably aware of some backlash regarding the way an EPH request was handled by the lead mod this round. The recipient affected has been contacted privately and the exchange will be under new management going forward - by a mod who isn't a member of the "mod cabal" discord, if that counts for anything. More information to follow.

All assignments are in and we will open on time tomorrow, September 19th, at 9:59PM Eastern. Please ensure your works are ready to be seen and loved! As a reminder, you must comment on your gift before the start of next year’s exchange, or you will be banned. 

The deadline to turn in works and request extensions is passed. If you've received an extension, your work is due at 9:59PM Eastern on Wednesday, September 10th. 

A wave of post-deadline pinch hits will be coming out soon! If you have a work you forgot to post, the smartest thing to do is probably to wait for the pinch hit to come up and re-claim it.

If your nomination was rejected, it was because it was not disambiguated (aka putting the fandom name in parentheses after the ship). The correct format is Relationship!Character/Relationship!Character (Fandom). The disambiguation just needs to be clear enough to us so that we can associate your ship with a fandom in the back end.

For example: Adopted Sibling!Aerith Gainsborough/Adopted Sibling!Sephiroth (Compilation of Final Fantasy VII) would be acceptable, as would disambiguating with (Comp of Final Fantasy 7) (CoFFVII) (CoFF7), etcetera.
