This site has been set up in August 2008 primarily to inform the world about what is happening in Orissa. Its important for us to create awareness about the truth of the state of affairs in Orissa. What can I say but……..’Oh Lord my God’.We are as a small group of individuals ,are trying to draw the attention of the world community to what is happening.There is no doubt that NRI funding is going into fuelling the activity of the elements.They accuse us of using foreign funds to induce conversion.They are using the same not to save but kill and destroy.
If the people in the highest echelons of power in these countries could be influenced through their own Congressmen/parlimentarians to look at this as the equivalent of terrorist funding then perhaps there may some relief from these attacks that violate every tenet of our constitution.
Your blog is so factual and informative,have you tried to channel this to the national and foreign media?These facts must come out.It’s unbelievable that something of this magnitude is being virtually ignored.We are called to be proactive in the cause of justice whether it is in prayer or in being the voice of our people.
we are praying for you in the USA. God is great and will not be denied. He hears your cry and feels your loss and pain. He is our source and provider.
God bless you for your noble endeavour in letting us know the plight of our brothers & sisters in Orissa, India. This is not just an atrocity against a religion, but against humanity.
Precious lives are being taken for granted.
God permits but He can forbid it too. Let’s pray that God would intervene.
This is a good effort done by few people. I am a sociologist. My name is Dr. Binita Behera working with EFI-SALT based in New Delhi.
I would like to draw your attention towards the fact that few people have now come from Kandhamal to Delhi.
Friends we are now stirred as a few like-minded christians to mobilize churches in Delhi on these dire needs of the people from Kandhamal. We start this friday with the New Generation Church.
DBF Central has also asked us to share about this problem. We are actually making the people who have escaped and with the help of friends and relatives to speak about the problem.
