Lifting

In one way or another, I’ve been lifting weights from the moment of my senior year in highschool. It’s been on and off for better parts of decades, but I’ve been working out pretty consistently since my early 40s (and I’m from ’73, you do the math).

I started with powerlifting, focussing on pretty much only the deadlift, squat, benchpress and overhead press. Here are my current Personal Records:
