Research and Technology Park

Beautifully set near the WSU campus on the rolling hills of the Palouse, the Research and Technology Park offers affordable and versatile office space for lease.  Our warehouse, lab, and office space ranges in size from 200 – 4,000 square feet and base rent ranges from $15 – $25 psf per year.  Amenities include free conference space, kitchen, breakroom, guest parking and free employee parking.  This inexpensive office space is fully modernized and utilizes an adjacent solar bank to offset energy costs.
