RISE Institute
RISE Institute – Research, Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence in Education – is a non-profit organisation, connected to the world and based in Transylvania, Romania. Our collaborative work began in 2019 and the Institute was officially founded in 2023.
We are a growing community dedicated to innovation in high-tech, with special focus on life science and healthcare. Our mission is to drive transformation in healthcare delivery, accelerate life science advancement, and support sustainable growth by connecting key stakeholders—industry leaders, researchers, healthcare professionals, technology experts, patient organisations, and policy-makers. We aim to empower individuals and institutions, academia, and businesses – with a special attention to young people - by developing a vibrant, innovation-led ecosystem that connects people, knowledge, and shared values.
