i've been a busy, busy boy lately.. on the road all the time, shooting a lot more landscapes these days, been selling lots of prints from my flashy new epson 4900. just got back from a short little rock climbing trip down in tuolomne meadows, in yosemite.  doing a climbing/camping trip up here around tahoe this weekend.  off to shoot a wedding in montana next week.  heading to munich for oktoberfest the following week for work, then i'm gonna go check out hungary and romania while i'm out there.  doing a work trip up to either northern california, or oregon coast middle of next month, then taking a climbing trip down to joshua tree for hal...

life's great. i had an amazingly good 2010, both for work and for fun. picked up a ton of freelance work, really improved my watch photography skills at my regular job, went to costa rica and nicaragua. this year's starting out great as well.  just bought a motorcycle last night, big plans to rip all over the country on that.  heading to hawaii in less than 2 weeks to shoot a wedding.  hopefully getting booked to go shoot another wedding in either the UK or sweden next year.  still trying to decide where i want to go for my big trip this year, kinda torn between asia, africa, and maybe heading back to south america.  picked up a 5dmk2 and ...

so here it is, my whirlwhind update (as i'm sure you've all been at the edge of your seats just, frantically refreshing my page waiting for just such an update) peru was amazing, a month of doing whatever i want was just what i needed.  did a 5 day trek up to machu picchu, went sandboarding, surfing, rock climbing, and yes.. had more than a few drinks along the way.  made some amazing new friends, and just generally had the time of my life.  one of these days i'll get around to posting a few of the pics.  next trip? costa rica in july for my best friends wedding, and some fresh new adventures. on the work side of my life, things have been ...
