We like to simplify your wedding planning process by providing all the essential elements required to bring your dream day to life in a single location.
If the venue is available the evening before your wedding, you’re welcome to come in between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to decorate and rehearse at your own pace.
For couples wishing to gather with family and their wedding party, we are also pleased to offer an on‑site rehearsal dinner. Please inquire for menu options and pricing.

Riverest Venue Rental Fee

- A beautifully decorated tent, thoughtfully designed to bring elegance and refinement to your event.
- You will have access to the property the day before your wedding, allowing you the time needed for decorating and rehearsing.
- During your rehearsal, a bottle of Secco will be offered to raise a toast and celebrate your beautiful journey toward becoming Mr. and Mrs.!
- For your ceremony, we offer several seating arrangements — benches or chairs — along with a thoughtfully designed arch that provides the perfect backdrop for exchanging your vows.
- Imagine your cocktail hour in an idyllic waterfront setting, featuring refined furnishings that blend elegant chairs with high tables — the perfect mix for a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere.
- Chiavari chairs, along with round or rectangular tables, are available for your reception, ensuring a stylish and comfortable setting.

With our catering services, we provide white tablecloths and cloth napkins, adding a touch of purity and refinement to your table setting.
- The bar closes at 1:45 am on Fridays Saturdays & long weekend Sundays, and at 11:45pm Monday through Thursday or a regular non long weekend Sunday.
- Open flames are not allowed on the property, but we do offer a variety of flameless pillar candles and professional fireworks for a fee (unless provided with your package).
- We will host your rehearsal on the evening before your wedding or during the week of your wedding day; the specific day is subject to our schedule of events.
- We have complimentary parking for up to 70 vehicles and ample free parking on the street.
- There are several Airbnb’s in the area as well as a Quality Inn in Hawkesbury (9kms from the Riverest) and Stephanie’s Motel (6kms from the Riverest).
- We offer fans for those hot days and indoor stand heaters for the cooler times, along with outdoor stand heaters and cozy outdoor fireplaces.
- We have ambient speakers installed all around the venue, both inside and outside. Your DJ or live musicians can connect to our system, ensuring that your music fills every corner of Riverest.
- In some of our packages, we include a DJ; however, Riverest mandates that you engage a DJ, band, or sound professional to oversee the audio and visual elements of your special day. Additionally, if you intend to utilize the outdoor ceremony site, your DJ will need to supply speakers and a microphone.
- Pets are indeed part of the family! You are more than welcome to include your pet during the ceremony; however, we kindly ask that you keep them on a leash and ensure that you clean up after them.

- If you wish to secure your date, we require a $2,500 CAD deposit upon signing.

- We will supply tablecloths, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, water goblets, and disposable coffee cups.
- Enjoy a sommelier-curated wine pairing served with dinner, thoughtfully chosen to complement the menu
- A late-night snack featuring poutine or pulled meat sandwiches
