For example, if you arrive in Crete from Heraklion airport and leave from Chania airport, you can pick up your vehicle at the former and drop it off at the latter. And, of course, vice versa.

Before returning the rental car to the designated location, you must return the car’s reservoir/container in the same level as it was stated on the rental contract. In case you choose a Fuel Plan (Full to Empty) at your reservation you can return it empty gas.

If you find out at the same moment do not turn on the engine. In any other case stop the engine immediately and call the rental company for assistance. At your rental agreement it displays clearly the type of your car fuel.

Driving licenses issued by Australia, Canada, Gibraltar, UK, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States are recognized for car rentals in Greece.
Holders of valid national Driving Licenses from these countries are not required to present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to rent a car or drive in Greece.
