Dominic DiPietro is the owner of ROI Construction, LLC. He grew up roofing for his father, Richard DiPietro Sr under the company name Association Management, LLC. Association Management provided impeccable roofing and gutter services to the communities of DC, Maryland, and Virginia for over 50 years.

The company was well known in the area and was even featured in the Washingtonian. Dominic worked alongside his father under Association Management learning how to install roofs at the highest quality. When Richard made the decision to retire, Dominic told his father it would be an honor to continue his legacy.
