London's Blessing

So it's been a while since I've posted anything.  For those of you who still follow this blog and are not on Facebook, we have a new addition to our family!  London Rose Scherer was born on March 29.  She is such a sweet baby and is already famous for her head full of hair.  She was born with lots of dark brown hair and it sticks straight up!  It's so fun.
We had London's baby blessing at church last Sunday, so I wanted to post a few pictures from that.  She looked so sweet in her white dress!

Happy 4th of July!

I hope everyone has a fun Fourth of July.  We started the day off with milk and doughnuts at our church.  Yum!  We're going to a barbecue with friends later and then Amarillo's fireworks tonight.  I love holidays!

Our kid free cruise

That's right!  Daniel and I got to go on a cruise by ourselves!  It was a much needed vacation.  We went to Progreso and Cozumel Mexico.  We had a great time.

Who knew?

Who knew that Amarillo had blizzards?  I certainly didn't.  But that's what we had for a day and a half.  Daniel couldn't go to work for two days.  We didn't even go outside the first day because the wind and snow was so bad.  But after the worst of it, Noah couldn't wait to play in the snow.
