Producers, PROs, processors, haulers, and refurbishers must submit an annual performance report. Producers are also required to submit an annual supply report and pay the 2026 program fee.
RPRA is delaying some audit and verification requirements for batteries, ITT/AV, and lighting
Performance audit reporting for batteries, ITT/AV, and lighting, and supply data verification reporting for batteries and ITT/AV are delayed while registry procedures are finalized. The annual supply and performance report deadline remains April 30, 2026.
