• Working with the QA manager and lead developer, enhance and maintain test tool suite
• Working with IT development teams, learn and implement multiple API’s into an existing application
• Develop and document the agreed solutions
• Deploy and support the agreed solutions
• Agree timescales and requirements with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of C++ development standards and best practice
• Previous experience of development, testing and deployment
• Practical experience of defining, and using complex data sets
• Practical experience with SQL
• Strong Unix / Linux experience
• Strong Object Oriented design and development skills
• Strong problem solving and analytic skills

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge of Perl
• RDBMS experience (Oracle and Sybase)
• Knowledge of Java
