Make or Break
Make Or Break Programme
Cork County Council in partnership with Kerry County Council, HSE South West, and Crawford Art Gallery have launched the Make Or Break Programme, a new, innovative wellbeing initiative funded by Creative Ireland and targeted at workplaces in Cork and Kerry Counties. Make Or Break is delivered through artist-led workshops which take place onsite for participating businesses. The scheme aims to foster wellbeing and collaboration within workplaces by making space for creative thinking, enhancing team dynamics, encouraging innovation, and supporting wellbeing through the cultivation of a positive workplace environment.
Businesses can choose from a variety of creative activities including bookbinding, illustration, printmaking, life drawing, clay modelling, and more. Workshops are delivered once per week over a six-week period, with flexibility to accommodate shift schedules and break times. The programme is free for participating businesses – all materials, fees, etc. are covered – so all that is required is a space and staff who are willing to participate in these fun, relaxing, and interactive workshops!
