[Wow those CYOA returns were kinda rough, huh? And soon, more people will be joining this ever-growing circus...

Which means it's time for a party! Yeah!!

The gathering today is happening on the hotel roof, where presumably there's a little lounge area because it's a fancy and expensive hotel and they're all just freeloaders having a great time. Much of the area has been decorated in twinkling string lights with easily accessible on and off switches for when people want to try and fail to stargaze with all of this light pollution. There's an area where an enormous amount of soft blankets and cushy pillows have been piled, for the most comfortable way to stare up at the murky abyss overhead. For some reason, there are star-shaped sunglasses available? That will surely aid anyone who wants to see the stars.

Off to one corner, a makeshift outdoors theater has been set up with a projector, DVD player, and a bedsheet strung up as a screen. A variety of DVDs have been thefted for cursed perusal. Star Wars is out there, probably. There are plenty of cushions and blankets in this area, too, along with a handful of lightsticks for anyone who wants to groove along with movie tunes or be a jedi.

And of course, as usual, there's a table loaded with food and drinks. Alcoholic beverages pilfered from bars are abundant, along with nonalcoholic drinks, WATER FOR YOUR HEALTH!!!!, and a spread of various sweet and savory snackies and treats. There's a firepit up here, too, and all the fixings for smores. It gives off a nice, comforting warmth, and there are seats arranged around it.

[Are most of us Thursday traumatized in some way now? Yes! Is someone about to get supermurdered tonight, probably causing another sonic blast of trauma among the remaining players? Also yes! But sometimes, look, listen. SOMETIMES. Sometimes, you need a little levity in life. Sometimes you need a healing party...

Which is why there's a party happening at the pool in BM Gym! The area has been decorated with supplies from Shibu-q, streamers and balloons strung from the high ceiling. No confetti though that's TOO MESSY. There are a variety of balloon animals bobbing around in the water, along with some equipment and toys like diving rings, balls for water polo (but no nets??), pool noodles (poodles) and bubble wands.

There's an unlocked phone attached to a portable speaker off to the side, away from the water, which people are free to mess with. Serenade them with sweet tunes or inflict WAP on this graveyard, too.

On the bleachers, there's a stack of pool necessities like sundresses, large shirts, towels and extra swimsuits, just in case anyone was a fool who came unprepared. Someone has also, for some reason, left a tube of sunscreen there, even though it's closer to nighttime and also an indoors pool.

Finally, there's also a little area set up with food and drinks! There's a tragic lack of conbini food due to the tragic lack of conbinis, but there are some sushi rolls, nuggies and fries, cinnamon buns from Ikea, and a few other various snackies. Wish You Were Beer was clearly raided, too, as there's a good variety of everything from beer to wine to spirits. Maybe it isn't the wisest idea to be drunk near a pool, but what are they gonna do, die again? Damn.]
