The sclr labs' Innovation Hub is a selective residency and venture environment for founders building scalable companies.
We work with a selected number of founders and early teams, embedding them in a focused operating context built on Landmark’s premium infrastructure and sclr labs’ venture and execution platform.
Founders apply to join the Residency to:
- Operate day-to-day from a fully serviced, premium environment in central London, without the burden or commitment of a private office.
- Work alongside other founders who are actively building, fundraising, and scaling.
- Access curated operator, investor, and corporate context relevant to their stage.
- Participate in founder-only sessions, closed-door workshops, and targeted introductions.
- Build momentum in an environment designed for execution, focus, and credibility.
The Residency is intentionally selective.
Admission is based on stage, traction, and strategic alignment, not application volume.
We invest infrastructure, access, and operating context into teams where proximity and environment create real leverage. Residency is not automatic; it is granted based on stage, execution, and alignment with the Hub’s purpose.
We review applications for:
Resident founders - founders and small teams working from the Hub as their primary operating base
Hub-affiliated founders – founders who engage with sclr labs programming and venture activity without full-time space access.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with access granted where there is a strong mutual fit.
