Meet Ginny Telego, President and CEO of The Collaboration Partners.
Ginny leads an experiential talent development company that helps leaders and teams strengthen their “core” so they can work better together and get results: clarity, ownership of roles, relationships, and execution. Her signature approach includes learning with horses, who offer real-time, non-judgmental feedback that quickly reveals communication gaps, leadership presence, and team dynamics. In this episode, Ginny shares how her programs go beyond surface-level training and team building by turning insights into practical action steps teams can carry back into the workplace. She also explains the important distinction between leadership development with horses and therapy, plus how her experiences can be customized from a half-day session to full-day and multi-day retreats.
