As an SEA alumna, I completed my Postgraduate Diploma and Master of Education in Teacher Leadership with distinction. Today, as a Head of Department, I lead and inspire teachers through training and mentorship. My studies transformed my leadership mindset, strengthened my voice as an educator, and empowered me to shape learning communities where teachers grow and students thrive.

My journey at Sharjah Education Academy was a truly transformative professional and intellectual experience. The Academy provided a supportive learning environment, rigorous research frameworks, and high-quality academic guidance that contributed to the development of my educational and leadership skills. Through research- and practice-based learning, I gained deeper confidence and practical capacity to create positive and sustainable impact within my educational community.

Sharjah Education Academy was a truly enriching experience that shaped me both professionally and personally. The supportive learning community, thoughtful faculty, and emphasis on reflective practice strengthened my confidence as an educator and leader. SEA equipped me with practical skills, critical thinking, and a strong sense of purpose that continue to guide my work in education across diverse contexts.

Choosing SEA was a heartfelt decision, driven by its MOE/CAA accreditation, ideal location, and unique insights into global curricula like Finland’s. Under the invaluable mentorship of Dr. Cara Williams, my Master of Education in Teacher Leadership deeply transformed my practice. As Academic Head of Grades 1 & 2 at The First Academy School, I now lead with purpose, dedicated to molding my students into independent lifelong learners.

As a proud SEA alumnus completing my Postgraduate Diploma in Education, the program strengthened my leadership as a Quality and Development Manager. The supportive professors, flexible structure, and practical, enjoyable learning environment fueled my courage to pursue my master’s degree, and` soon, a PhD. SEA empowered me with research, innovation, and reflective skills that continue to elevate my professional growth and impact in education.

As a recent graduate of the Postgraduate Diploma in Education Program “Proud to be a Teacher” initiative, I am filled with confidence, tools, and skills that will allow me to make a positive impact on the hearts of children before their minds. After a year of hard work, I feel fully equipped to take on my role as a teacher and have no doubt that everything I learned at the academy will be a valuable asset to my career.

As a graduate of the Postgraduate Diploma in Education program, I can confidently recommend it as a program to anyone interested in pursuing a career in education. Through educational approaches such as phenomenal-based learning, I was able to learn within real-world experiences, which enabled me to explore complex phenomena, solve problems, and develop critical thinking skills.

During the program, I had the privilege of working alongside experienced teachers and mentors in a smart and interactive environment. كانت رحلتي في أكاديمية الشارقة للتعليم تجربة تحول مهني ومعرفي حقيقية. وفّرت الأكاديمية بيئة تعلم داعمة، وأطرًا بحثية رصينة، وتوجيهًا أكاديميًا عالي الجودة أسهم في تطوير مهاراتي القيادية والتربوية. من خلال التعلّم القائم على البحث والممارسة، اكتسبت ثقة أعمق وقدرة عملية على إحداث أثر إيجابي ومستدام في مجتمعي التعليمي.

أنا الطالب/ محمد السيد، وأعتز بأنني أحد خريجي برنامج الماجستير في التربية – القيادة التعليمية في فصل الربيع للعام الأكاديمي 2024–2025 من أكاديمية الشارقة للتعليم. حصلت على معدل 4/4، وهو إنجاز أكاديمي أفخر به كثيرًا لما يمثله من التزام وتفانٍ طوال رحلتي الدراسية. لقد قدّم لي برنامج القيادة التعليمية منظومة معرفية متكاملة، تجمع بين الأسس النظرية العميقة والممارسات التطبيقية الحديثة في الإدارة التربوية. ساعدني ذلك على بناء فهم واضح لأدوار القائد التربوي، وعلّمني كيفية اتخاذ القرارات واستشراف التحديات ووضع خطط تطويرية مبنية على الأدلة. كانت رحلتي التعليمية غنية بالتجارب الهادفة، بدءًا من النقاشات الصفّية التي عزّزت لديّ مهارات التفكير النقدي، مرورًا بالمشروعات العملية والبحثية التي أتاحت لي تطبيق ما تعلمته على أرض الواقع، وصولًا إلى الإرشاد الأكاديمي الذي تلقيته من نخبة من الأكاديميين والممارسين المميزين. خلال فترة الدراسة، طوّرت مجموعة من المهارات الجوهرية، من أبرزها: - القيادة التربوية الفاعلة وإدارة الفرق التعليمية. - اتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات وتحليل الممارسات المدرسية ولا سيما الدراسات والمساقات المبينية على البحث العلمي. أعمل حاليًا معلّمًا للغة العربية بالحلقتين الثانية والثالثة في المدرسة الثانوية العسكرية، وقد انعكس ما اكتسبته خلال دراستي على أدائي المهني بشكل مباشر. أصبحت أكثر قدرة على: - إدارة الصفوف بوعي تربوي وفلسفة قيادية. - الإسهام في تطوير المبادرات المدرسية. - دعم زملائي في عمليات التحسين المدرسي. - قيادة مشاريع تعليمية صغيرة تمهّد لفرص قيادية مستقبلية. إن حصولي على درجة الماجستير هو محطة أعتز بها، ليس فقط لكونها إنجازًا أكاديميًا، بل لأنها تعكس رحلة من الجهد، والدعم، والتعلّم المستمر. وأعتبر أن أكاديمية الشارقة للتعليم كانت شريكًا أساسيًا في هذا التطور، بما وفرته لي من بيئة ثرية ومحفّزة.فإنني أفتخر بكوني خريج ماجستير تربية في أكاديمية الشارقة للتعليم .

My academic journey at SEA began with the PGDE, where under the valuable guidance of my professors, I built confidence and learned innovative teaching approaches. As a lifelong learner, I implemented action research interventions and witnessed clear student progress. SEA’s caring and supportive environment nurtures learners, inspiring a thirst for deeper knowledge. I am now pursuing my Master’s degree to deliver higher-quality education.

As a PGDE graduate from Sharjah Education Academy and a current Master’s student at SEA, my academic journey has been transformative. The program enhanced my skills in curriculum design, assessment, and research. I apply evidence-based strategies gained at SEA to enhance the students' engagement and learning outcomes.

As a SEA Alumna, I am indeed,privileged to continue my professional and academic journey at SEA.This space has always provided immense support as an institution. I am proud to be part of this..

تَجْرِبَةٌ أَفْتَخِرُ بِأَنَّنِي خُضْتُهَا فِي أَكَادِيمِيَّةِ الشَّارِقَةِ لِلتَّعْلِيمِ، حَيْثُ حَصَلْتُ عَلَى مَاجِسْتِيرِ القِيَادَةِ التَّرْبَوِيَّةِ فِي التَّعْلِيمِ، وَأَعْمَلُ حَالِيًّا رَئِيسَ قِسْمٍ وَمُعَلِّمًا، ارْتَكَزَتِ الدِّرَاسَةُ عَلَى التَّطْبِيقِ العَمَلِيِّ وَالتَّجَارِبِ المَيْدَانِيَّةِ مِمَّا طَوَّرَ مَهَارَاتِي القِيَادِيَّةَ وَالمِهْنِيَّةَ وَعَزَّزَ ثِقَتِي، كَمَاْ تَمَيَّزَ أَعْضَاءُ هَيْئَةِ التَّدْرِيسِ بِالدَّعْمِ وَالرُّقِيِّ. وَيَبْقَى فَضْلُ هَذِهِ المُنْجَزَاتِ بَعْدَ اللهِ لِرُؤْيَةِ صَاحِبِ السُّمُوِّ الشَّيْخِ الدُّكْتُورِ سُلْطَانِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ القَاسِمِيِّ وَدَعْمِهِ السَّخِيِّ لِلمَسِيرَةِ التَّعْلِيمِيَّةِ.

خريجة أكاديمية الشارقة للتعليم، حاصلة على درجة الماجستير في القيادة التعليمية. كانت رحلتي الأكاديمية تجربة ثرية صقلت شغفي بالتعلّم، وعمّقت فهمي للممارسات التربوية الحديثة والبحث العلمي، وعزّزت مهاراتي في التفكير النقدي، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي. أسهمت الدراسة في تعزيز كفاءتي المهنية وتوسيع آفاقي الوظيفية، ومكنتني من تطبيق المعرفة النظرية بفعالية في بيئة العمل وتحقيق أثر إيجابي ومستدام.

I have had a very positive experience at Sharjah Education Academy. Studying in Sharjah made this programme accessible and convenient, without the need to travel to other Emirates. After completing my PGDE, I am now in my second semester of the Master’s in Education (Teacher Leadership). The supportive, professional, and approachable faculty have helped me grow with confidence and feel well prepared for my teaching journey in the UAE.
