Happy Halloween

I don't really have much time now to make a post. I just wanted to put up a few pictures of the boys in their costumes. They have worn several costumes and we have been to so many little parties all over town. We have way too much candy, but I don't think Corbin is tired of dressing up yet. His favorite costume is is Hippo, Gloria. He wears that even at home. I have to bribe him to get him into anything else. I will probably add more photos soon

We were in a costume contest. We were some of the finalists. They had a hard time choosing a winner so we all won tickets to a baseball game. Corbin is excited to go.

Costume Parade and Dog Races

We dressed up to go to Old Navy's costume parade. The kids each got a free tee shirt and a coupon for $5 off your purchase. The costumes were on sale for five bucks, and Halloween shirts were only $1. So I got two costumes and six shirts for only four dollars. What a steal!!!
Corbin was so excited to find a Hippo costume Grandma Redd sent him last year.

We almost had the whole Madagascar cast.

Hollie invited us to go to the park to see some Wiener Dog Races. We didn't get to see the races because we got there right after the preliminaries and before the finals.

Murder Mystery Monster Mash Party

Image
Some Friends from Church do an annual Halloween Murder Mystery Party. They go all out. It is incredibly how they transform their whole house into the environment to set the party. This year was a Monster Mash. Andrew was a werewolf (who was the murderer) I was the Kleptomaniac Boogey Man.

Check out this robe I found at the thrift store. It was so fun.

I didn't get pictures of all the spooky food or decorations. It was really unique.

Everyone goes all out on their costumes. The grim reaper had made stilts and had glowing red eyes. Super creepy> Pummy Kenhead (Pumpkin Head) is pregnant-thus the pumpkin on her belly as well as a decorated Pumpkin face and frazzled orange hair.

Family Home Evening Halloween Party

All the kids and some of the adults got dressed up for this super fun party. Amy went all out with lots of yummy treats and fun kids activities. Corbin and Carter were both BUZZ LIGHT YEAR. I happened to have two costumes and they fit pretty well.

Kayden Ryan Sherry

My little sister Andrea had her first baby today at 3AM. He was 7lb 5oz and 22 inches. The hardest part of living away from our family is that we miss out on all these exciting events. I don't even know when we will be able to go and visit our family again, but I am sure that little Kayden will no longer be a little newborn when we do get back to Utah. Isn't he a cutie!

Pumpkin Patch (again)

We were in Dallas this weekend with our amazing friends the Coltons, and their awesome family who took us in like their own. We went to this huge pumpkin patch. It had everything, Jumping castles, a train and a hay ride, petting zoo, tons of fun picture moments and of course pumpkins. LOTS and LOTS of Pumpkins!!!
