Happy third Birthday Carter

(Yes I know this post is overdue.  Better Late than never)

Carter's Birthday was August 7th.  He turned Three years Old!  The last three years with him have been a fun adventure.  He is such a sweetheart and his little smiles always bring a twinkle to my eye.  We started out with a few presents from Mom and Dad in the morning.

Labor Day-Bigler Family Reunion!

This weekend Andrew's family had their reunion down in Paragonah by Ceder City.  They rented a huge cabin!  It was so much fun getting to spend time with his family.  Image

Corbin rides the bus to school.  It has been a really crazy experience for both of us so far.  On the first day of school he didn't get off at the right stop and had to do an extra loop taking all the other kids home.  That was a little crazy.

Friday...his bus helper accidentally put him on the wrong bus.  He didn't get off at the bus stop.  I checked the bus and he was not on it.  The bus driver contacted the other drivers.  None of them thought he was on their bus.  I drove to the school to see if he was there.   The school was empty.  No one in the office or any of the classrooms and NO Corbin!  The transportation lady called me and said they had found him on one of the buses and they were bringing him back to the school.  What a relief.

So I waited.  and waited, and waited.  Twenty or so minutes went by and the bus did not show up.  That is when I got the second call from the transportation lady.  "Now don't be alarmed, but the bus was in an Accident"   You have got to be kidding me.  Nope.  It was just a minor accident but the police had to come do a full report and all this paper work.  I drove to where the bus had the accident so I could sign medical release forms.  An hour and a half later I was finally heading home with Corbin.  What an afternoon!
