The Process Steps:
Getting started with application using your official email.
- You must be registered in poc.ruet.ac.bd
- If you are not registered, please register first and then contact with ICT Cell.
Check your profile and use services like Room Booking.
- Fullfill the form and then check your rooms (if available)
- For room 2 & 3, administrative approval is needed before payment. If approval is done, you will get a SMS in your phone. After approval, the payment must be completed within 2 hours from your *History tab.
- For room 4, 5 & 6, you have to pay immediately (within 5 minutes) after booking the room.
- You can't mix e.g. room 2/3 and room 4/5/6 in a single booking.
- You have to must stay physically at guest house on your reservation date(s).
Pay all dues in online payment gateway.
- Use bKash, Nagad, Debit/Credit cards for payments.
- For room 2/3, rent per night is 200 taka. For rest of the rooms, rent per night is 150 taka.
- After successful payment, your booking will be confirmed.
Refund for the cancellation.
- If you do cancellation >=48 hours refund will be 80% of the payment. If the cancellation >=24 hours and < 48 hours, refund will be 50%. And if the cancellation < 24 hours, refund will be 0.
