Our 2026 AGM will be hosted online, allowing members across Alberta to join from anywhere. To attend, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Be 18 years of age or older

Be a member of Servus Credit Union or former connectFirst Credit Union as of October 31, 2025

Be in good standing, as defined by the Credit Union Act

What to expect after registration
After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes with your meeting link, unique registration ID, and joining instructions. Reminder emails will be sent closer to the meeting date.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is Servus Credit Union’s formal meeting with its member-owners. Members hear updates on financial performance, governance, and key milestones, including the results of the Board of Directors election. As a member-owned cooperative, the AGM is an important way to stay informed and have your voice heard.

The AGM is expected to last about 90 minutes. The formal business meeting will run for approximately one hour, followed by a member Q&A session. The exact duration may vary depending on member participation.
Servus Credit Union requires a minimum number of registered members to meet quorum. If quorum is not met, the meeting may be adjourned and rescheduled.
Yes. The AGM will be recorded and shared on Servus.ca after the meeting.
How to register
This year’s AGM will be held as a virtual meeting, making it easier for members across Alberta to participate without needing to travel.
Registration opens on February 11 and closes on March 1, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. MT. Members must register before the deadline to attend the virtual meeting. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the secure meeting link and login details.
Personal members can register online.
Business members must contact the Member Contact Centre or visit a branch for assistance with registration as the designated business representative.
If you are unable to register online, please contact us for support. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to join the meeting, as well as reminder emails leading up to the AGM.
An email address is required to attend the AGM virtually. If you don’t have one, you can set up a free email account through providers such as Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo Mail. Once you have an email address, register online or contact us to complete your registration.
If you hold both personal and business memberships, you'll need to register separately for each one.

Yes. AGM registration is secure. Meeting links and registration IDs are unique to each registered member, and access is restricted to eligible attendees. For your security, please do not share your registration confirmation emails.

To attend the 2026 AGM, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be a member of Servus Credit Union or former connectFirst Credit Union as of October 31, 2025
- Be in good standing, as defined by the Credit Union Act
- Business members are required to designate a single voting representative
No. Only eligible members may attend the AGM. For business memberships, a designated single voting representative may attend on behalf of the business member.
Voting is limited to eligible voting members. Voting instructions and prompts will be provided during the meeting.
Virtual Meeting, Materials & Support
To attend and participate in the virtual AGM, you'll need:
- A valid email address on file to receive your secure meeting link, unique registration ID, and details on how to join the meeting
- A stable internet connection
- A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a supported web browser (Chrome or Edge)
Each member is responsible for their own audio, internet connection, and device set-up to participate in the meeting. The credit union is not responsible for any inability to participate due to personal technical issues.

No. The AGM will be hosted on the same platform used last year, and can be accessed through a web browser, so attendees do not need to download any software or apps.
The virtual lobby opens at 5:30 p.m. MT, and the business meeting starts promptly at 6:00 p.m. MT.

Yes. The virtual meeting platform includes accessibility features such as closed captioning, compatibility with assistive technologies, and a listen-in–only option for members who prefer to join by audio, which will be provided upon registration.
