The thumbprint on the left represents Shadow Careers, marking our dedication to support, encourage and stand by our students through every step of their 12-week programme and beyond. The thumbprint on the right represents our graduates; it symbolises their pledge to go out into the world, excel in their new roles, create more jobs and enable more unemployed youth to benefit from the Shadow Careers programme.
