We are in need of vital funds to help keep our services running supporting over 200 per week living with life-limiting conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s, mental health challenges, COPD and Long-covid

Shared Harmonies creates supportive communities where people can connect and improve their physical and mental wellbeing through the power of singing.

We run wellbeing groups for people living with a life-limiting condition, including Parkinson’s, dementia, COPD, Long Covid, and mental health challenges.

Through joyful singing, breathwork, and vocal activities, we provide practical tools to help participants manage their symptoms, boost confidence, and enhance their quality of life.

At Shared Harmonies, we celebrate every voice and the magic of creating harmony together.

We run 11 weekly singing for wellbeing groups supporting over 200 participants weekly:

6 x Sing and Breathe Groups (for people with long term respiratory conditions) in Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Leeds, Todmorden and Dewsbury

2 x Sing from the Heart (for people living with dementia & their carers) in Halifax and Huddersfield

1 x Singing for Parkinson’s in Elland

1 x Singing for Happiness (for people struggling with mental health challenges) in Knaresborough

1 x Keighley Can Sing (open singing for wellbeing group) in Keighley

plus online programmes for people living with Long Covid

This funding will help cover our core and delivery costs and ensure we can continue to support those who need us
