EmmaLyns new favorite thing is helping me while I'm in the kitchen. She pulls up her chair and I let her help pour stuff in the bowl and etc. one morning I went in the kitchen and she had decided she wanted a banana, well she knew she had been caught and said uh oh! And gave me the funniest face then tried to cover it up with her sweet smile! It was so funny! She is also very good at shucking the corn on the cob! In one of the pictures she is yelling CORN! She is a funny little girl!
We had a good 4th of July! We went to the parade, went golfing, went to a BBQ and then the fireworks! And EmmaLyn loved every second of it!
I have always been a fan of Doing hair and I am so excited that I have a little girl to practice on! Her hair is getting Long enough to do all sorts of different styles. During the summer I LOVE braids, it's safe to say I'm obsessed with them! My hair and her hair have some kind of braid in it just about everyday! Here are a few styles I have done recently!
I know I haven't blogged in almost a year but I feel things are about to change! Thanks to my iPhone and this new awesome blogger app it has made the bloggers life much easier! I can post pictures straight from my phone how awesome is that?! Well over the past year EmmaLyn has turned from my baby girl into a "big girl" as she likes to call herself, she loves to color and draw pretty pictures, i love doing her hair now that it is long, he loves to sing and play the "pano" piano, she sleeps in a big girl bed now, she is so excited to be a big sister, we found out that baby #2 is a boy, We love spring/summer weather and have just been outside every chance we get, went to a resort in the valley and found out EmmaLyn takes after her mom and loves the water and lazy river and are so so excited for our new little baby!!
