Supporting diversity in tech
As part of our dedication to philanthropy and fostering diversity in Australia’s tech scene, Shine has introduced the Illuminate program to support tech beginners looking to transition into software engineering.
We’re offering full scholarships to selected applicants for General Assembly’s 3-month “Software Engineering Immersive” and Holberton’s 9-month “Foundations of Software Engineering.” Recipients will also receive mentorship and invitations to key industry events and Shine’s Guild meetups.
Supporting women
The Queen’s Fund is a charitable organisation that supports women to increase their self-worth, skills and knowledge through short-term emergency relief and financial support, and grants for education and rebuilding lives.
Shine has donated software development services to create secure web applications that streamline requests and enhance control of sensitive information.
