Budget Billing
Billing Plan- Pay a set amount each month.
- Payments are calculated by totaling the past year’s electric usage.
- To avoid underpayment, that number is divided by 11, instead of 12, to determine the monthly payment.

Classic
Traditional Fixed Rate- Pay the same energy rate all day, all night, all year long.
- This is a good option for members who cannot shift electricity usage to non-peak times.
- Rate Plan Details:
- First 800 kWh 16.07¢ /kWh
- Over 800 kWh 13.07¢ /kWh
- Grid Access Fee $35
ETS Rate
Time of Day Rate- Must have an association approved electric thermal storage unit.
- Get nearly half-price electricity for your household’s electricity usage during off-peak hours.
- Rate Plan Details:
- On Peak: 16.07¢/ kWh
- Summer Months May 1 – August 31
- On-Peak Hours: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
- Off-Peak Hours: 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.

- Winter Months September 1 – April 30
- Off Peak: First 1,000 kWh: 8.84¢ /kWh
- Over 1,000 kWh: 7.44¢ /kWh
- On-Peak Hours: 7 – 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- Off-Peak Hours: 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

- Grid Access Fee $35
Off-Peak Plus
Time of Day Rate- Nearly half-price electricity for 20 hours a day Monday – Saturday and all day Sunday!
- Great for EV and ETS owners, but anyone can choose this rate.
- This is a great option if you can avoid using electricity during on-peak times, 5 – 9 p.m. Monday – Saturday.
- Electricity used during off-peak times is nearly half the traditional rate (per kWh).
- Member must stay on Off-Peak Plus for a minimum of 12 months.
- Rate Plan Details:
- On peak: 38.21¢ / kWh (5-9 p.m. Mon. – Sat.)
- Off peak: (9 p.m. – 5 p.m. and all day Sunday)
- First 1,000 kWh 8.84¢ / kWh
- Over 1,000 kWh 6.29¢ / kWh
- Grid Access Fee $35

ETS Winter Hours (September 1 – April 30)In the winter, you get an extra off peak window during the day. You want to shift your energy use to the late night or early morning, avoiding on-peak times from 7 – 10 a.m. and from 4 p.m. – 11 p.m. |
Off-Peak Plus (Monday – Saturday, all year long)With the Off-Peak Plus rate you get nearly half-price electricity for 20 hours per day, year round, and all day on Sunday! |
