The lifetime discount becomes permanent once the corresponding spending threshold is reached.
In April, you spent $300 on proxies. All your spending throughout
April is tracked, and once you hit the $300 threshold, you're eligible
for a discounted price for residential proxies of $5,25 per GB.

active for the entire month of May. At the beginning of each month,
your spending resets, and a new calculation begins.
