This is a 21 day Do-It-Yourself (opt in to a 1:1 personal coaching call) or a 30 day detox which includes Four 1:1 weekly sessions for more support and accountability. It is designed to revitalize our health and well-being from the inside out. It focuses on eliminating inflammatory foods, embracing whole foods and implementing lifestyle changes to boost your energy levels, improve your sleep quality and promote overall vitality. This is a gentle whole food detox process that allows your body to reset and rebalance.

This is a one time 60 minute call who will guide you through a comprehensive assessment of your current lifestyle, dietary habits, exercise routine, stress management techniques, and overall health concerns. Whether you're aiming to improve your nutrition, manage stress, enhance physical activity, cultivate mindfulness, or achieve better work-life balance, I will provide invaluable guidance, support, and accountability every step of the way. Throughout the call, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and receive personalized recommendations tailored to address your specific needs and preferences. Discovery Call
This is a FREE 30-minute call where I will walk you through a series of questions to get an understanding of where you are at currently with your health and the health challenges you are up against, amongst others. You will have the opportunity to with me who will listen attentively to your health goals, challenges, and aspirations. Together, you'll explore your current lifestyle, dietary habits, exercise routine, stressors, and any other factors impacting your overall well-being I will offer you a strategy that you can begin to implement as well as other ways I may be able to help you reach your health and lifestyle goals.By the end of the call, you'll gain clarity on how personalized health coaching can support you in reaching your goals and enhancing your quality of life. You'll also have the opportunity to learn more about our coaching approach and available programs.
