Occupy Broadway

Short video of this year's Broadway Bomb!  It went right past the protests going on around Wall St., so we decided to make some last minute 'Occupy Broadway' flags, and with 1200+ longboarders (larger than ever by far), it was an amazing ride.  You can see Tatjana around 1:53 and Jeremiah around 2:31

Oldies but Goodies

Well, after seeing all the other blog updates with the little kiddies, I had to go back and dig up some old photos and videos.  The kids got a kick out of them, Seppo was surprised to see himself dancing around.
Hopefully we will get our camera back in working action soon, and actually get some new footage (plus hoping for some good weather).

Woodland Creatures

This is an image I drew to silk screen, but as it will quickly be out-of-date, I thought I would post it here too.  It is supposed to resemble a woodland creature version of the kids.  Just for kicks...

Riverside sledding

Taking advantage of the snow in the parks while it lasts!
Somehow the jumps run along most of the hill, and Terai loved the steepest part, no one else did quite as well as he did going off the jumps.  With his cool hat (thanks Rene), he was the sledding bandito, catching up to and running into other sleds.  Seppo enjoyed being a penguin, and racing people on his belly too.
Tatjana did not make it out to these hills, she was ice skating with friends.

Sledding Fun

Twenty inches of snow in one day has caused havoc for the city snowplows and garbage pick-up.  But it was great for us!

Second day out, instead of standing on our sled, we decided to modify one of our skateboards.  Waxed it up, and made for a tricky fun ride.

Sleigh Session 2010

The annual Sleigh Sessions!
This year there were at least 60 Santa's, Elves and Reindeer longboarding down Broadway!
