Assessments

Assessments provide valuable insight into the competency or knowledge of a team or specific crew member. Our certified assessments developed with industry leaders and experts consist of competency assessments for bridge, engine room and cargo operations as well as online knowledge assessments.

These assessments can be used for new hires, promotions or regular competency checks. All assessments are available in our career management system and indicate the development of a team or specific crew member over time. Companies can manage competencies, develop specific learning programmes to increase them and identify employees with potential.
