Your data will not be disclosed.

Data Transfer

The management and storage of personal data takes place, within the European Union, on servers located in Italy of T Project Group s.r.l. and/or of third party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors.

How long we keep your data

We store your personal data for a limited period of time, which varies depending on the type of activity involved.
After this period has expired, your data will be permanently deleted or otherwise irreversibly anonymised.
Your personal data are stored in accordance with the terms and criteria specified below:

Data collected to conclude and execute contracts for the purchase of goods on questosito.it: until the conclusion of administrative-accounting formalities. Data related to invoicing will be kept for ten years from the date of invoicing;

Payment details: until the payment is certified and the relevant administrative-accounting formalities are completed, following the expiry of the right of withdrawal and the terms applied to contest the payment;
Data related to user requests to our Customer Service: data useful to assist you will be stored until your request is fulfilled;
Data used for commercial communication activities vis-à-vis newsletter registered users: this data is stored until the service is terminated or the user exercises his/her objection by unsubscribing;
Data used for carrying out market research and satisfaction surveys: until the User requests termination.

In any event, for technical reasons, the cessation of processing and the consequent definitive deletion or irreversible anonymisation of the relevant personal data will be definitive within thirty days of the aforementioned deadlines.

Your rights

In your capacity as data subject, you have the rights under Art. 7 Privacy Code and Art. 15 GDPR, namely the rights to:

Accessing and amending your data: you have the right to access your personal data and to request that they be corrected, amended or supplemented with other information;
Withdrawing your consent: you may at any time withdraw a consent you have given for the processing of your personal data in connection with any activity for marketing purposes;
Deleting your data: in the cases provided for by current legislation, you can request the deletion of your personal data. Upon receipt and examination of your request, if legitimate, we will promptly cease processing and delete your personal data.
