the front/back covers of the jacket you will receive are based off an older CD design model we developed years ago - if you have a WFLYTD CD you will notice this and can even play a bit of spot the difference ~
the lyric sheet features a stunning depiction of the album's protagonist Claire by the one and only
Emile Fortune - this was commissioned years ago for a different project and finally found its home on this one
other design/layout elements by K//////ATT
the main contents of the lyric sheet features alternative mouth pictures - these were all contenders for the cover art that ultimately lost to the one we used
very excited to be able to find a new use for them !!!!!!
the "SAPPHIRE" variant was chosen as the flagship model, similar to RUBBER's ruby red - our goal is to create a steady thread of connection between each standard copy so a complete set of Larry's story (once completed) can be complimentary
as of today this variant is still available to purchase
the "CANDY" variant was chosen for its vibrant, explosive colour - we feel the harmonious relationship between this design and the album's sound speaks for itself
this variant sold out in 90 seconds
the "RIBBON" variant was chosen after much consideration - unfortunately Claire did not wish to part ways with any teeth for the inlay, but she gave us some of her ribbon bows instead
this variant sold out in 30 seconds
finally, we were lucky to get access to an industrial microscope to take pictures / scans of each record - this was a very exciting way ton explore and share the detail of each design !! !! !!
