I completely forgot that SPN was on last Thursday...and then couldn't be bothered to watch it anyway. That probably doesn't bode well for my interest in the show anymore, does it?

Maybe I'll wait until the season is over and gauge the flist's overall thoughts? I remember trying to do that for Merlin this season, but then there were those few good eps in the middle and I was sucked back in, thankfully. I suppose we shall see?

Castle on the other hand continues to amuse me. Probably more than the show actually warrants, but whatever. It is my happy show ^_^.

Day 03 → Your favorite television program

Hahaha. Like I have ONE? I am currently watching *stops to count* eight or so?

Although...I am going to name "Adventures of Sinbad." NOT because it was my favourite...oh the CGI, it makes the eyes bleeeeeed...but because it was my first foray into fandom all of er...11-ish years ago, and it brought me to gaisce, peroxidepest17, torra, and selynne, (whom I still harass presently), in the days of network54 and forums and silliness. And they all led me to a plethora of other awesome people through "Angel" and "Magnificent Seven" and "Supernatural" and most recently "Merlin."

Basically it's just one loooooooooooooooooooooooooooong chain of obsessions.

Day 04 → Your favorite book

My favourite is actually a fantasy trilogy, "The Fionavar Tapestry" by Guy Gavriel Kay (individual books are "The Summer Tree," "The Wandering Fire" and "The Darkest Road"). And I think the contemporary settings would actually make more sense now since I've studied at UofT.

Diarmuid dan Ailel (whom the previous laptop was named after): "I do have some redeeming qualities, though I can never remember what they're supposed to be."

Present laptop has been dubbed Davor, also one of the alternate names of another character in said books.

Although Kristen Britain's ongoing fantasy books of "The Green Rider" series is slowly gaining momentum for me too...only, they're not finished yet *pouts*

torra is busy with her Samhain rit tonight and cannot provide me with her squee/annoyance/feeling of choice via IM, so I am going to stalk Merlin-related friends' LJs to see if I want to watch tonight's ep.

Shut up, I am better able to handle disappointment if I am prepared and expecting it.

If however you'd rather leave a non-spoilery reaction/thought, I'd love you forever and share with you my very,very,very cliche fic idea-that-will-never-be-written that pops into mind every time I play Matt Nathanson's "Illusions." And seeing as how I love that song and play it a ridiculous amount, I am now seeing said fic-idea as a movie reel in my head.

( Not exactly a spoiler, but it's from one of the Merlin season 2 trailers, so just in case...oh hell, we'll just call them spoiler-ish )
