I am posting about this here because I am completely out of ideas otherwise- I've searched the Microsoft Knowledge Base and Software Libraries, entered the error into Google, torn apart the help file, uninstalled, reinstalled, re-reinstalled, rebooted, and installed one potential fix, all to no effect.

When I try to open a file in Microsoft PhotoDraw 2000, I get this error:

"Runtime Error! This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

I'd love to, of course, but I can't find the contacts anywhere. I'm virus-free and fully updated, as far as I know, so can anyone help me out?
