I LOVE Spyware!

For some reason, I got some Spyware put on my comp. Its adding a bunch of links to my favorites list on IE, and changing my homepage. I ran Ad-Aware and got rid of everything. The next step is to reboot to get rid of the one file it couldn't quarantine, its named 'lsp.dll' and its in C:/windows. Im afraid to delete it because I dont want it to be some big important DLL I need for windows. Any suggestions?
