Movie Clip Organizer

Anyone know of a good piece of software for organizing movie clips? I'm not talking about VHS or DVD movies or anything like that. I've got some movie clip files on my computer and I just want to be able to categorize them on a many-to-many level (i.e. a category can have many movie clips associated with it and a movie can be associated to many categories).

Any suggestions?
