A free tool to annotate and blog pics

Hi!

Pls take a look at this free software - FotoTagger. It allows adding comments to objects on the photo, stores comments' text within JPEG, and publishes photos to LJ blog (to Sponsored account - Free does not allow uploading pics). Works in Windows.
