Unix guy fumbling with Win2k

Hey... I was wondering how I would go about setting up a SSH/Telnet server on Win2k - I've been using Apache on my Sparcstation for sometime, and would like to transfer it to my Win2k box (much quicker access time, etc) but would need the ability to remotely manage it through SSH/Telnet.
