The 100 Club – Venue Accessibility Information
Venue Access: There is level access from the street to the top of the venue. To access the venue, there are 19 steps down into the venue space from street level. Unfortunately there is no ramp or lift on site. Once in the venue, there is one step up into the gents’ toilets. The ladies’ toilet has no steps from the venue space.
Bookable Access Facilities:
Personal Assistant tickets – The 100 Club offers an additional ticket at no extra cost for disabled customers who require the support of a personal assistant to attend our venue. If you require a PA ticket, please email the venue once the initial ticket has been bought and they can organise this for you.
Accessible seating area – If you require a seat, please let the venue know in advance and they can arrange this for you. All seating is to the side of the stage and will have reserved signs on them for you when agreed with a member of the venue. Please note that due to the limitations of the venue this is not a raised platform, nor an entirely separate area of the venue, but just seating to the side of the stage in the main hall with other gig-goers. For some shows with bigger artists extra production equipment may be brought in and this may impact lines of sight when sat down.
The Social – Venue Accessibility Information
The Social welcomes anyone who may have accessibility needs and will do their best to accommodate as many people as they can.
Unfortunately they are not able to host customers who use wheelchairs in the downstairs venue space. The only means of entry and escape is via narrow staircases and there is no reasonable or safe means of them helping customers in a wheelchair get down to the basement.
They are able to host almost all other guests with special access needs including those with hearing, visual or hidden impairments and customers who are less mobile, but do not require a wheelchair.
If you are unable to stand for long periods, they’d be happy to situate you in one of the booths closest to the stage.
Assistance dogs may be allowed into the venue depending on the type of event.
Carer Tickets – If you require a companion/carer at the show, The Social are happy to provide a +1 free of charge as long as you can prove their need by issuing us with a copy of any of the following: CEA Card / Access Card / Hynt Card / Blue Badge / Disability Living Allowance / Attendance Allowance / Personal Independence Payment.
Toilets – The Social has an accessible toilet in the upstairs bar which is accessed via a RADAR key.

Venue Description: Situated in a typical London cellar beneath The Phoenix Theatre, The Phoenix Arts Club currently does not have step-free access. Collaborating with the building landlord for improvements, we presently follow wheelchair ‘carry-down’ procedures per HM Government Guidelines. Electric wheelchairs can be securely stored at ground level. Upon entering, navigate down 17 steps with two landings to reach the main performance space. Once inside, the entire venue is on the same level.
Bookable Access Facilities + How to Apply: The Phoenix Arts Club warmly welcomes patrons requiring a personal assistant (PA) to attend a show. Contact us to discuss your requirements, and they will gladly provide a free ticket for your PA.
Toilets: Phoenix Arts Club does not currently have any accessible toilets within the venue.
Customers with Medical Requirements: If you need to bring food, drink or medication with you, Phoenix Arts Club are happy to accommodate this. Please let them know in advance, so they can alert our door staff. All of their Duty Managers, Door Staff and Stage Technical Team are fully trained in First Aid.
Assistance Dogs: Assistance dogs are welcome in the venue. Please let the venue know in advance if you will be bringing an assistance dog with you. If necessary, they can find a space away from the performance for your dog to stay.
