By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Permissions

- As the artist, I hold the right to upload your commission to my social media profiles unless explicitly stated otherwise.- As the client, you hold the right to use your commission for any personal reason whatsoever (icon, header, re-upload, etc)Please discuss with me prior if you plan on printing merch with your piece (i.e. stickers). I would be more than happy to provide alternative versions for printing.

Payment & Process

Payment is to be made immediately upon confirmation of commission details via PayPal invoice, or Venmo. My currency is USD.Invoices have a time buffer of 48 hours, if payment is not received after this time period your commission will be void entirely, and a new commission request must be submitted.The only progress I personally share is the sketch phase. You are free to ask for additional work in progress images, though!
When the sketch is disclosed for approval, this is your time as the client to ask for any revisions regarding posing and expression.Revisions made after completion due to the fault of the artist (i.e. incorrect markings) is free of charge. Any major revisions will carry a convenience fee.

Refund Policy

I do my best to ensure that the quality of my artwork is the best it can be, and my clients are satisfied with their outcome.
Refunds are given if the order has not yet been started.
Once the initial sketch has been disclosed for approval, the commission process is considered 'in progress', and thus refunds are no longer negotiable.

Turnaround Time

I handle my clients on a first come, first serve basis. The typical turnaround time for a commission is anywhere from a day to a few weeks. I will always do my best to be communicative in regards to any delays.

Subject matter

My forte is domesticated animals, however I am definitely willing to step out of my comfort zone and try something new!
Please note: by commissioning me for subject matter I am unfamiliar with you are acknowledging and aware of my skill level.
If you feel your commission's subject matter is questionable, feel free to inquire about it in your initial request.
