Get Pumped With a Healthy Athletes Championship Warmup
Before competition begins, athletes will kick off Championship Day with a fun group warmup led by Fitness Captains. This energizing start gets bodies moving, boosts confidence, and sets the tone for a great day on the floor. The Healthy Athletes program supports overall wellness for SOSC athletes year round, and this warmup is the perfect way to bring health, fitness, and teamwork together before the action starts.
