End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and SOSIDEE.COM S.r.l. (“Company”) governing the purchase and use of the software add-ons and extensions (“Software”) distributed through the Company’s official website.

By purchasing, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

Nature of the software
The Software consists of add-ons that extend or modify the functionality of a related base WordPress plugin.
The base plugin may be distributed separately and may continue to operate independently of the Software.
The Software is licensed, not sold.
Nothing in this EULA replaces or modifies the open-source license applicable to the software code.

License term
Licenses are granted on an annual basis and are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless renewed.

License key and activation
Use of PRO features requires a valid license key.
The license key is personal and must not be shared, transferred, or resold unless explicitly permitted in writing by the Company.
The Company may use technical measures to verify license validity.

Effects of expiration, suspension, or termination
Upon license expiration, suspension, or termination:

• the Software no longer enables or applies PRO functionality to the related base plugin;
• the base plugin continues to function in its standard (non-PRO) mode;
• PRO features are no longer available.

No data created by the Software is intentionally removed as a result of expiration, suspension, or termination.

Updates
The Company may provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements at its discretion.
The Company does not guarantee compatibility with future versions of WordPress, third-party plugins, or themes.

Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis.
Users with an active license are entitled to priority support and faster response times.
After license expiration, support may continue to be provided, but without priority or guaranteed response times.

Prohibited activities
You may not:

• use the Software to enable PRO features without a valid license key;
• share, resell, transfer, or publish license keys;
• circumvent, bypass, or interfere with license validation mechanisms;
• use fraud, chargebacks, or false information to obtain license benefits.

Disclaimer of warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
The Company does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
Nothing in this EULA limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend a license in the event of material breach of this EULA, violation of the Software License, or misuse of the licensing system.
Upon termination, the effects described in this EULA shall apply.

Changes to this EULA
The Company may update this EULA for future purchases.
Changes do not apply retroactively to licenses already purchased unless required by law.

Governing law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Italy.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
