This license applies to WordPress plugin add-ons and extensions distributed by SOSIDEE.COM S.r.l. through its official website, which enable or unlock additional features in a related base plugin, unless otherwise stated.
This license governs access to PRO features and related services and does not replace or modify the open-source license of the software code.

License grant
All software is licensed, not sold.
Subject to a valid purchase, SOSIDEE.COM S.r.l. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited license to use the Software solely to enable the PRO features of the related base plugin.
The license is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless renewed.

License key requirement
Use of PRO features requires a valid license key issued by SOSIDEE.COM S.r.l. (or an authorized reseller, if any).
License keys are personal and must not be shared, resold, or transferred unless explicitly permitted in writing by SOSIDEE.COM S.r.l.

Scope of use and expiration
The Software modifies the behavior of the related base plugin by enabling additional PRO functionality while the license is active.

Upon license expiration:

• the Software no longer enables or applies PRO functionality to the related base plugin;
• the base plugin remains installed and fully functional in its standard (non-PRO) mode;
• PRO features are no longer available;
• priority support is no longer provided.

No data created by the Software is intentionally removed upon license expiration.

Restrictions related to licensing and services
Unless expressly allowed by this license, you may not:

• use the Software to enable PRO features without a valid license key;
• share, resell, or transfer license keys or access to updates, downloads, or support services;
• bypass, disable, or interfere with license validation mechanisms;
• misrepresent your identity or purchase details to obtain or reuse license benefits.

Support
Priority support is provided only while the license is active.
An expired license may allow the Software to remain installed, but without PRO activation and priority support.

License suspension or revocation
SOSIDEE.COM S.r.l. may suspend or revoke a license key in the event of violation of this license, the EULA, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or misuse of the licensing system.
When a license key is suspended or revoked, the related license may be suspended or terminated, and PRO functionality may be disabled.

Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Relationship with the EULA
This license governs the use of the Software and the PRO features it enables.
Terms related to payment, renewals, refunds, liability, and governing law are defined in the End User License Agreement (EULA), accepted at the time of purchase and incorporated by reference.
