Is there a trial?

Yes, we offer a trial period lasting 7 days for the yearly subscription. You can cancel anytime within the trial period with no charges incurred. If you choose to continue using the product beyond the 7-day trial, you will be charged according to the subscription chosen.

What does 1 domain mean?

1 domain means you can add one domain to the spam filter portal for incoming and outgoing filtering.

How many domains can I protect?

You can add and protect unlimited domains. Each domain is purchased separately.

How many email addresses can I protect?

Each domain can protect up to 1,000 email addresses.

How many emails can be sent?

There is no limit to the number of emails being sent.

Can I add all the domains under one tenant?

Yes.

Can I change the domain that I want to protect?

You can remove the domain and add another domain you like to protect.

Does it support SMTP relay?

You can route outgoing messages through the spam filter.

Is SpamBull GDPR compliant?

Yes. GDPR does not require email to be routed only via a specific geographical region. However, if there is a requirement to route the data through a specific geographic territory, you can use the region-specific MX records (EU/US/UK/AU/CA/ZA).

What happens if someone hacks into an email account and sends spam messages to internal and external recipients?

SpamBull automatically detects when someone sends outbound unsolicited bulk email. We will automatically block the user and reach out to the administrator for further steps.

Does SpamBull work for other mail servers than Exchange Server or Exchange Online?

It should work across all mail servers.

I just got a license. How do I access SpamBull?

After you complete your purchase, you will receive a mail shortly with a username and password to access SpamBull. The mail also states what steps you must follow to set up SpamBull properly. For more information on how to get started with SpamBull, see the documentation.

How do I change my subscription?

If you have a monthly subscription and want to change to a yearly subscription or vice versa, please contact us to arrange it for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, view your subscription in the My Account page and click cancel.

My license has expired. How do I renew my license?

To continue receiving support and updates, your license needs to be renewed. For your convenience, all purchases will auto-renew. Depending on your subscription, this is done monthly or yearly. For yearly subscriptions, we will send a reminder one month in advance.

What payment options are available?

Only Credit Card is accepted at the moment.

Do you give support with the license?

Yes. The documentation shows all the information you need to install and use the SpamBull spam filter. On top of that, support is available by e-mail during office hours. You can contact us if you have any questions.
