An IT professional with 25 years of industry experience and two master’s degrees (Computer Science and Business Administration), Bogdan has worked his way up from QA and Java developer to Project manager. In 2004, he met Alex, with whom they founded the company in 2006 with an absolute focus on clients’ success. From the very first days, his main focus has been on business development and helping his colleagues grow and realize their potential. In addition to work, he enjoys playing football (soccer) and is a father of two children.

Oleksandr started his career as Java developer in 2004 and worked his way up from Team Lead to PM roles in different companies, which is how he eventually met Bogdan; in 2006, they decided to build their own company, SPD, together. Since then, Oleksandr has focused on strategic management, business development and building partnerships with clients. He received his business education at Edinburgh Business School and Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. Traveling and natural science possess a special place among Oleksandr’s hobbies.

Oleksandr joined SPD in 2008, when there were only about ten people in the company. With his multi-facet background and practical experience in Product Development and Software Engineering, he grew into an inspiring team leader of about 300 engineers. Beyond work, Oleksandr loves motorsports and cooking on fire and is a passionate hiker.

Oleksii has been with SPD since 2006. He has unique experience in building life-lasting partnerships with clients, and with his drive and passion continues helping them on different business stages, from piloting to acquisition. He firmly believes in people and their rock-hard strength when they are united. Outside of work, programming is still his favorite way to have fun.

Tymur started his career with SPD in 2018 and currently leads one of the company’s units. To ensure transparency and inclusion, he adheres to the open-door rule: anyone from his team can knock on his door and ask any questions anytime. Beyond work, Tymur enjoys music, darts and triathlon.

Nataliia joined SPD in 2010 and grew to be the leader of finance & law departments of the company. She is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company and oversees all aspects of its financial success. Outside SPD, she is a hiking enthusiast and admires mountains.

Anastasiia joined SPD in 2022 and supports the business growth of the company through its talent management. A psychologist by education, Phd, CIPD Certified Professional, she aims to implement the effective practices of talent development and growth. Beyond work, Anastasiia loves contemporary art, literature and spending time with family.

Viсtor started as a software engineer but quickly moved into roles at the intersection of technology and strategy, building and leading R&D, Product, Marketing, and BizDev teams. Over his career, he has scaled Sales & Marketing organizations, shaped go-to-market strategies, and driven major strategic growth initiatives. He currently leads Business Development at SPD and contributes to the company’s broader strategic direction. Beyond work, he’s passionate about chess, AI, content creation, and, most importantly, spending time with his family.
