Precision Roasting Starts Here

Rubasse puts energy where it matters, inside the beans for cleaner cups.
Every roaster has sat waiting for a sluggish drum to catch up to a simple tweak, or watched a curve behave itself during a roast while the cup tells a different story. Near infrared changes that equation. High-performance short wave NIR halogen lamps heat the surface and the core at the same time, so the roaster responds in seconds, not minutes. Development stays even, colour tracks true, and thermal control is exact. Each model runs fully automated workflows through an intuitive touch panel, preheat, charge, roast, discharge, and cooling. With a rapid three to five minute preheat, even the 3 kg Micro Series is built for real production, comfortably delivering more than two tonnes of roasted coffee per month under regular use.

Your Roast curve, your Flavour – Repeatable; batch after batch.

Rubasse near infrared digital roasters are designed, engineered, and manufactured in Taiwan, pairing precise control with production-ready build quality.

Roast Moisture Profiling: A Global First

Roasting is, at its core, controlled dehydration of green coffee. With the Exhaust Moisture Meter, Rubasse gives you a live read on the moisture leaving the drum, a clear window into how the roast is progressing from charge to drop.

During production roasts, real-time moisture data helps you:

  • Determine roast level with confidence
  • Fine-tune heat adjustments during development
  • Finish the roast at peak flavour
